Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary finance business partner for UTEC, collaborating with operations and management to drive financial performance.
  • Monitor and analyze financial results, identify trends, and initiate corrective actions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information.
  • Review and communicate key performance indicators such as orders, backlog, sales, and margins.
  • Evaluate new business proposals and capital investments, offering strategic recommendations.
  • Provide financial and technical expertise to leadership.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis and investigations as needed.
  • Promote an ethical culture aligned with Carrier’s policies.
  • Champion continuous improvement across financial processes.

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Proven experience in FP&A or financial business partnering.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools (e.g., SAP, Excel, Power BI).

    • Preferred / Nice-to-have

  • Experience in manufacturing or technology sectors.
  • Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and international financial standards.
  • MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA).
