• Ensure timely and efficient payment of vendor invoices in accordance with department procedures and within terms.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between the purchase order, receiving report, and invoice.
• Obtain proper approvals and account coding on non-PO related invoices.
• Reconcile and research vendor statements and resolve discrepancy issues promptly.
• Initiate month-end accruals as required.
• Respond to inquiries from vendors and internal clients.
• Comply with established standards and protocols of the Accounts Payable department, finance, and accounting policies, and internal control procedures.
