Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.
  • 4 years of experience in SQL and data visualization (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or similar technologies).

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience with data warehousing or data modeling concepts.
  • Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Python, or R).
  • Experience translating business requirements to BI solutions.
  • Experience explaining technical analysis to stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels, metrics, and best practices.

    Ads Martech (MTO) team is a cross‑functional team building the technology and user experience solutions to support Marketing.

    In this role, you are responsible for delivering business intelligence work that is integrated into an overarching project. You will demonstrate a working knowledge of business intelligence tools and methodologies to design dashboards and maintain data pipelines. You will develop solutions for business intelligence problems, improve business intelligence infrastructure, and translate metrics and analysis into formats that enable supported teams to deliver information. You will also build and maintain tools to automate or standardize analysis, plan and execute prioritized project work, and collaborate cross‑team.

    Responsibilities

  • Design BI solutions and infrastructure to facilitate data gathering, storage, and retrieval. Partner with upstream data providers to establish new source data pipelines and continuously improve best practices.
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines, models, reports, queries, and dashboards, providing ongoing support for data users.
  • Perform data analyses utilizing relevant tools and translate metrics / analysis into formats enabling supported teams to quickly and accurately measure performance and gain insights.
  • Plan and execute prioritized project work, selecting appropriate methods and coordinating timelines for assigned components.
  • Consult with users or cross‑organization decision makers to identify data sources, required data elements, and data validation standards.
