Key Responsibilities

• Resolve end‑user issues across Collaboration Services products (Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom, Box, Adobe, etc.).
• Manage and optimize platforms such as Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint), Zoom (Rooms, Phone, Events), Adobe, and Box.
• Lead platform modernization initiatives and integrations that drive a seamless and scalable digital workplace experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve end‑user issues across collaboration tools, including license assignments, inactive accounts, and system access, achieving high standards of performance and user satisfaction.
• Implement monitoring systems and automated alerting to proactively manage system health in collaboration with enterprise monitoring teams.
