Design Review Team Lead

Responsibilities

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Conduct supportive and efficient Design Reviews which includes :
• Perform evaluations of designs at various stages of development before required meetings and compose action items accordingly
• Attend all required meetings
• Provide design solutions as necessary
• Review tolerance analysis
• Review prints and approve Engineering Change Orders
• Escalate major design concerns
• Support and assist Product Engineers through the various gates of the Design Review Process
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the Design Review process and associated tracking tools
• Evaluate Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) for Design Review Team approvals
• Support / assist Team Members / Product Engineers when necessary
