As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll play a key role in building the teams that keep Naranti growing and shaping the future of OOH.What you'll be doingPublish and promote vacancies on Naranti Careers and other recruitment platforms.Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews (competency-based + cultural fit).

Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.Administer and follow up on psychometric / technical tests.Manage onboarding logistics : documentation, induction sessions, welcome kits.Maintain and nurture the talent pool for future openings.Prepare and deliver recruitment reports and KPIs (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, etc.).

What we're looking forBachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in recruitment and selection.Strong knowledge of competency-based interviewing, ATS platforms, and job boards.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Valid driver's license and ability to drive (occasional travel required).
