We are looking to hire a hands‑on Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) to join our diverse, talented, high‑performance, and innovative team focused on driving Azure Infrastructure and Azure Application Migrations via the Cloud Acceleration Factory. The CSA is a senior individual contributor who operates globally and engages directly with customers, delivering technical solutions and governance across design, build, and production.

- Delivers solutions in line with company methodologies, ensuring proven practices and patterns are followed to prepare customers for operational readiness and achievement of their business goals and targets.
- Guides customers and partners toward well‑architected, secure, resilient, AI‑enabled, cost‑ and performance‑optimized solutions and proactively identifies opportunities for consumption and expansion.
- Identifies, escalates, and mitigates blockers using appropriate tools and processes to accelerate solution deployment, value realization, and usage.
Customer Centricity
Acts as the voice of the customer / partner, sharing feedback and insights with Engineering and Product teams and influencing roadmaps and decision making.Translates customer / partner problems into industry solutions aligned with Microsoft product and platform strategy, helping adopt and use aligned solutions.Builds relationships with technical and business decision makers and engages C‑level roles to bridge security, compliance, and operational requirements.Drives delivery and ensures a seamless and connected customer experience, anticipating and addressing dissatisfaction.Partner Specialization

Required / minimum qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 4+ years of experience in cloud / infrastructure technologies, IT consulting / support, systems administration, network operations, software development / support, or architecture.Additional or preferred qualifications
8+ years of experience in cloud / infrastructure technologies or equivalent.4+ years of experience in a customer‑facing role and on technical projects.Technical Certification in Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, or security certifications.Master's Degree and 6+ years of relevant experience is preferred.Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
