Be part of our Regional Center of Excellence and help us shape the future of Talent Acquisition in the regionYour Mission : As Talent Acquisition Coordinator for Latin America, you will provide essential support throughout the recruitment and onboarding lifecycle for multiple countries in the region.
You will collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, HR teams, and external vendors to ensure a smooth, compliant, and engaging experience for both candidates and new hires.Responsibilities : Coordinate interviews and serve as the main point of contact for candidates across LATAM.Support onboarding by ensuring logistics, systems, and compliance are ready for new hiresMaintain accurate data in SAP SuccessFactors and background check platforms.Collaborate with HR, hiring managers, and vendors to ensure smooth recruitment and onboarding processes.Contribute to process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives.Your profile : Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or onboarding coordination, ideally in a multi-country or international setting.Experience supporting LATAM countries.Strong coordination, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.Proactive, self-motivated, and customer-focused mindset.It all starts with people.
