Job Duties

Under direct supervision, performs equipment rig up and rig down on location, prepares equipment for jobs, and ensures customer satisfaction with the work performed. Responsible for the safe operation of service equipment, including DME, high-pressure pumps, and / or blenders during service delivery, in accordance with customer job design and KPIs. Performs necessary calculations at the well site as needed. Handles data collection and distribution related to jobs. Coordinates cleanup, repair, and preparation of equipment for subsequent jobs. Utilizes competency processes to develop skills and improve job performance. Must be knowledgeable of HMS and HSE standards. Promotes safety awareness and environmental responsibility. Participates in quality and continuous improvement initiatives. Errors are easily measurable and confined. Skills are acquired through at least six months of experience and competency completion at the current and next level. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
