Were looking for a Senior Account Executive / Media Planner OOH (Senior Level) someone unstoppable, strategic, and with proven experience turning bold visions into large-scale campaigns.

What Youll Do

Develop and execute comprehensive OOH media strategies for national and international brands.Manage key accounts and major clients, ensuring consistent quality, innovation, and results.Lead negotiations, pricing, and closing of high-impact advertising deals.Oversee the end-to-end execution of campaigns in coordination with the operations, design, and production teams.Analyze campaign performance and present insights that drive future strategies.Mentor junior team members and contribute to the continuous evolution of our sales and planning processes.Represent Naranti in client meetings, industry events, and strategic partnerships across Mexico and LATAM.

What Were Looking For

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, International Business, or related field.35 years of proven experience in media planning, client management, or B2B service sales (preferably OOH, media, or agency).Strong business acumen and consultative sales approach.Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Results-driven mindset, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational execution.High level of organization and independence.Fluent English (B2+) youll interact with global clients and international brands.CRM experience and solid understanding of performance metrics.
