Fixed Asset Accounting Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Fixed Asset Accounting Specialist to oversee the full lifecycle of fixed assets, from acquisition to disposal.

This role is critical to ensuring accurate accounting and control of capital expenditures across multiple communities.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and experience in team management, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage fixed asset acquisitions, capitalization, depreciation, transfers, retirements, and disposals.
• Oversee CAPEX budgets and ensure compliance with corporate policies.
• Perform monthly closings, reconciliations, and reporting of the fixed asset module.
• Partner with communities to ensure accuracy in accounting for capital expenses.
• Support audits (internal & external) and ensure SOX / IFRS compliance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Lead and develop a team, ensuring proper training, performance, and accountability.
