Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Head of Sales LATAM to lead our regional commercial strategy and drive growth across Latin America. This role is ideal for a results-oriented leader with a strong background in SaaS and / or Cybersecurity, who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments. The successful candidate will manage and inspire a team of 5+ sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture while developing innovative, hunting-focused strategies to expand our presence in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Team Management : Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 5+ sales professionals across LATAM, ensuring alignment with company goals and revenue targets.
- Sales Strategy : Define and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy focused on hunting new opportunities, expanding market share, and building long-term customer relationships.
- Business Growth : Identify, target, and close new enterprise accounts across the LATAM region, positioning the company as a trusted cybersecurity partner.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (CISOs, CIOs, IT Directors, and Executives).
- Market Intelligence : Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and evolving cybersecurity needs to proactively adjust strategies and capture opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align messaging, improve offerings, and maximize sales effectiveness.
- CRM & Data Management : Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and data-driven decision-making using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Operational Excellence : Contribute to building scalable sales processes that fit the dynamics of a startup and enable sustainable growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.10+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a strong track record of driving growth in SaaS and / or Cybersecurity.Proven experience managing high-performing sales teams (5+ people) across multiple countries in LATAM.Demonstrated success in designing and executing innovative hunting strategies to drive new business.Strong knowledge of SaaS and Cybersecurity technologies, with the ability to translate technical value into business outcomes.Bilingual : Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written). Portuguese is a plus.Expertise with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).Ability to operate effectively in a startup / scale-up environment , balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior executives.Availability to travel across the region as needed.
