Job Summary

Sales Executive is responsible for defining strategies with the customers, attending their special needs, to close new business and maintain the achieved ones. This activity brings along the responsibility to organize and plan selling strategies across the assigned territory, creation of special and customized solutions for the clients, the construction of strategic plans besides the customer, including technology solutions, as well as the development of deep intimacy and long relationships with the clients.

What You’ll Do Here :

  • Identifies priorities and elaborates the action plan to implement across the assigned territory.
  • Develops an action plan by clients and account for Increase in assigned market penetration
  • Define the strategic plan along with clients.
  • Contributes to development and deployment of new value proposition along this territory
  • Achieve financial targets, assigned Asset mix, Sales loading targets, penetration targets
  • Include all the opportunities detected in the CRM to be updated
  • Attends specific needs from our clients.
  • Knows Cengage ́s product line, applications, and value propositions
  • Deep investigation of customers for increased brand penetration in assigned market.
  • Discover needs of the customers for present and promote key product based on detected needs.

Skills You Will Need Here :

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred and a proven, successful track record in a prior sales position.
  • Experience or strong aptitude for developing and maintaining relationships with a large and diverse group of customers.
  • Minimum of two years of successful sales experience.
  • Values and appreciates diversity of thought; able to work with diverse audiences both internally and externally.
  • Highly flexible and adaptable to change.
  • High energy and good communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Driven spirit and high business acumen.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in PC and Microsoft Office applications.
