About The Role

We are looking for a driven Engineering Manager to lead our Android Mobile Team, guiding technical execution, team development, and product delivery for our Android apps.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and mentor a team of Android engineers.
• Collaborate with Product, Program, and Design to define and execute the roadmap.
• Set technical direction and guide architectural decisions for high performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Deliver polished user experiences tailored to Android screens and spatial interfaces.
• Oversee day‑day operations including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
• Drive cross‑functional collaboration across design, quality, infrastructure, and other platform teams.
• Provide regular feedback and career growth support through one‑on‑ones and performance reviews.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard top engineering talent to grow the team.
