This role is responsible for partnering with hiring managers to provide the highest level of service in bringing top talent into the organization.
This role ensures that the recruiting process moves efficiently and that we are effectively identifying and hiring the top talent needed to achieve business goals.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high volume recruiting.Responsibilities : Define sourcing strategies based on required skills, roles and locationsProvide recruitment research, competitive intelligence and analysisBuild on previous recruiting experience with demonstrated expertise to source passive candidates using innovative sourcing approachesIdentify and execute candidate generation strategies, proactively researching and assessing new recruitment methodologiesConduct external benchmarking and talent mappings to understand competitive recruiting landscape and influence best practices with team and stakeholdersUtilize social media to market roles, attract talent and build online communities of target candidatesEffectively utilize ATS tools to capture metrics for all recruiting activitiesSupport the recruiting teams by consistently generating a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates for leadership rolesCreate and execute unique and effective sourcing strategies and techniques to find top talentBe the market knowledge expert and provide insights to recruiters and LeadersEducation and Experience : Minimum Requirements : Minimum of 3-5 years of full cycle recruitment, with a strong focus on high-volume recruitment.Experience working either in a BPO or recruitment agency.Knowledge of labor market trends and insights into the call center industry.Preferred Skills and Competencies : Bachelor's degreeExcellent research / sourcing skills, including use of Boolean, LinkedIn, and alternative search techniquesAbility to deliver results across a team environment and effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and candidates.Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills and the ability to effectively interface with leadersEnergetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive; a team member who can positively and productively impact strategic and tactical initiativesAbility to independently make decisions in a fast-paced, changing environment and anticipate future needs.Ability to work independently with minimal direction / supervision.Demonstrated expertise utilizing Microsoft Office, Internet recruiting tools, and Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
