Analyze business processes and provide expert guidance on SAP SD best practices.
- Configure SAP SD components including order management, pricing, billing, shipping, etc.
- Collaborate with other SAP functional and technical teams (e.g., MM, FI, ABAP) to ensure seamless integration.
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for SAP SD issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation including functional specifications, process flows, and training materials.
