Employment Type : Direct Hire Location : Mexico City (On-site at Torre Diana) Role Purpose : Responsible for planning, scheduling, monitoring, and controlling materials, inventory, and supplier activities to ensure timely, cost-effective production and shipments. Ensures accurate material flow, optimized inventory levels, and alignment with manufacturing / fabrication plans. Key Responsibilities : Plan and schedule materials, components, and assemblies for production and shipment. Monitor inventory flow and perform detailed analyses to keep system accuracy high. Execute safety stock management, procurement lots, and master data updates with minimal supervision. Work on complex products requiring new engineering or larger scope. Collaborate regularly with Procurement, Engineering, Materials, and Project Teams. Identify and support process improvement initiatives. Provide direction to Fabrication, Engineering, Project Teams, and Supply Chain on production execution. Adapt quickly to different roles within the Planning department. Languages : English B2 (written and spoken). Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred) or equivalent experience. 2 years in material planning, inventory analysis, supply / demand analysis, production control, or procurement. Strong knowledge of ERP / MRP systems, procurement, inventory, and manufacturing processes. Ability to understand manufacturing routings, BOM structures, and system shortage reports. Intermediate-level inventory and planning skills (Planning / P6 / Inventory Management & Controls). Professional English required (frequent interaction with US team).
