Forvis Mazars is hiring a Senior Transaction Services Professional – Mexico City (LatAm focus)

At Forvis Mazars Mexico , we are expanding our Transaction Services practice and seeking a motivated Senior professional to join our team in Mexico , one of the fastest-growing hubs for M&A and cross-border deals in LatAM.

In this role, you will lead financial due diligence engagements (buy-side and sell-side), help clients assess opportunities and risks, and collaborate with international teams across the U.S. and LatAm.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions.
• Analyze financial performance and operational results of target companies.
• Prepare Quality of Earnings (QoE) reports and identify key diligence issues and value drivers.
• Evaluate financial trends, normalize EBITDA, and identify post-transaction risks or synergies.
• Lead client meetings and support executive discussions.
• Collaborate with teams in Mexico, U.S., and LatAm to deliver cross-border projects.
• Build robust financial models for analysis and valuation.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members.
• Contribute to business development, proposals, and client presentations.
• Stay current on M&A trends and best practices.
