Corporate Legal Specialist - Contract Management Expert

Job Description : The Corporate Legal Specialist is responsible for contract management, data protection law, IT Law and International Law.Deliver timely legal counsel meeting critical deadlinesDraft and negotiate commercial contracts, including DPA's, software licenses, master services agreements and vendor agreementsServe as an expert on data privacy and data processing agreement (DPA) and commercial agreementsMaintain business compliance with regulatory bodiesMonitor legislative changes to ensure adherence to lawsManage multiple projects simultaneously and engage with stakeholdersProvide clear summaries of complex information for informed decision-makingOffer legal advice on technology transactionsKey Skills and Qualifications : The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data privacy regulations, commercial law and contract negotiation.
