ABOUT THE ROLE

As a

Senior / Lead Data Engineer,

you will shape the data foundations that drive advanced analytics and empower millions of people to find jobs worldwide. In this role, you’ll influence large-scale data strategy, work with global teams, and contribute to impactful solutions in a collaborative and innovative culture. WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Build consolidated data foundations and dashboards to support workforce analytics;
• Develop single sources of truth for business data, ensuring data accuracy and consistency;
• Implement and optimize data pipelines, dashboards, and analytics platforms;
• Enable advanced analytics and data science use cases, including anomaly detection, recommendation systems, and predictive analytics.

MUST HAVES

5+ years of experience in

SQL

(Snowflake / Cloud platform : AWS preferred);

Python ;
