We are seeking a Salesforce Project Manager with proven experience in managing complex

Salesforce implementations. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing,

and overseeing the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce solutions that improve operational

efficiency and client experience. This role requires strong leadership, project management

expertise.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning and Execution

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and create a

detailed project plan.

  • Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution,
  • monitoring, and closure, ensuring the project remains on schedule and within budget.

  • Oversee project resources, assign tasks, and monitor performance, adjusting plans as
  • necessary to achieve project goals.

    2. Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications with stakeholders,
  • including financial service executives, business users, and IT teams.

  • Facilitate regular status meetings and provide updates on project progress, risks, and issues.
  • Ensure stakeholder expectations are managed and aligned.

  • Collaborate with business analysts, technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure all
  • requirements are met and obstacles are resolved.

    3. Risk and Issue Management

  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize project impact. Maintain a
  • risk and issue log, updating and escalating critical issues as needed.

  • Resolve project challenges proactively, ensuring issues are addressed swiftly to maintain
  • project momentum.

    4. Budget and Financial Oversight

  • manage the project budget, tracking expenses and ensuring cost control measures are in
  • place.

  • Provide project status reports to senior management, highlighting budget variances
  • 5. Quality Assurance and Compliance

  • Oversee quality control throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring deliverables meet industry
  • standards and compliance requirements.

  • Work with the quality assurance team to define test strategies and facilitate user acceptance
  • testing (UAT), ensuring the final product meets business needs.

    6. Resource and Team Management

  • Manage the project team, ensuring effective collaboration and communication. Mentor and
  • guide team members to promote best practices in project delivery.

  • Monitor team performance and provide feedback, ensuring high productivity and morale.
  • 7. Project Documentation and Reporting

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes,
  • status reports, risk logs, and closure reports.

  • Use project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) to track project progress and
  • provide real-time updates to stakeholders.

    8. Change Management and User Adoption

  • Develop and implement change management strategies to promote the adoption of
  • Salesforce solutions among financial service teams.

  • Work closely with training teams to ensure end-users receive appropriate training and
  • support for a smooth transition to the new system.

    9. Communication and Reporting :

  • Generates and distributes weekly status reports to stakeholders.
  • Communicates project updates, risks, and issues effectively to all relevant parties.
  • Ensures clear and consistent communication channels are established and maintained
  • throughout the project.

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    What you will bring :

  • 10+ years of PMO experience leading large technology implementations preferred.
  • Competent in managing large programs / portfolio.

  • Proficient in understanding the platform, including its architecture, data model, features,
  • and capabilities.

  • Expert in developing a comprehensive project plan and milestones.
  • Expert in managing stakeholder relationships, providing regular project updates and
  • resolving any issues that may arise, ensuring clear communication and understanding of

    client needs.

  • Expert in allocating resources, managing vendor contracts, and providing regular financial
  • reports to stakeholders and mitigating any financial risk.

  • Expert in using project management tools like MS Project Plan, Jira, MS Office Timelines.
  • Leadership : lead internal and client teams across the program, drive key decisions,
  • provide thoughtful leadership to clients, and drive and maintain key metrics across the

    program (Forecast accuracy, Profitability , methodology and standards compliance).

  • Expert in maintaining key relationships with clients and building new relationships.
  • Expert in identifying and expanding opportunities in the programs or expanding footprint

    within client organizations.

  • Excellent collaboration and risk management skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional, globally distributed teams.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a user-centric approach
  • to problem-solving.

  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • PMP certification / Master or diploma in Project Management is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree and above is desirable.

    Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified

    Project Manager, are highly desirable.

    Project Management Skills

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and
  • experience using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).

  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-phase projects and deliver results within tight
  • deadlines.
