Senior SaaS Sales Representative

Work Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 am to 6 : 00 pm (USA Central Time), weekends off

Salary Offer : $30,000 MXN GROSS (Payroll) or $35,000 MXN NET (Contractor) + accounting support , Commission Plan : Competitive commission structure based on closed deals

About the Role

We are seeking a high-performing Senior SaaS Sales Representative to lead revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting and outreach to discovery calls, demos, negotiation, and closing.

This is a strategic role for someone who thrives in a startup environment, has a strong background in SaaS subscription sales, and ideally understands the freight / logistics industry. You’ll be responsible for building relationships with enterprise-level prospects, driving deals to close, and contributing directly to expansion in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and international markets.

Core Experience

• SaaS Sales (Cloud-based / Subscription Model) : Proven experience selling software delivered via online subscription, not traditional on-premise solutions.
• Freight / Logistics Knowledge : Beneficial to understand freight movement in the U.S., but SaaS sales expertise is more critical.
• Bilingual Ability : English is required; Spanish is highly valuable for international growth.
