The Position of Human Resources Generalist
This role is accountable for supporting various business functions and processes within the organization. The successful candidate will provide assistance to employees, leaders, and the regional HR team on a daily basis.
Responsibilities include time management, payroll, benefits, and administrative tasks, as well as providing clear and accessible employee information.
Key Outcomes and Actions :
- Provide support to the HR team in various HR-related topics such as time management and compensation.
- Resolve any issues that may arise.
Effective Management of Employee Data :
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files, data, and documents.Support employee mobility procedures (Enrollment, Change of Status, Departure).Verify timesheets for accuracy.Benefits Administration :
Inform and enroll employees in benefits.Manage changes to beneficiaries and coverage.Maintain up-to-date information about benefits available to employees.Talent Acquisition :
Post open positions internally and externally.Review internal and external applications.Schedule and coordinate interviews with Hiring Leaders.Support the interview process.Conduct pre-employment verifications.Handle competing priorities and time constraints effectively.Ensure accuracy of employee data and payroll / benefits information.Build healthy relationships with clients (internal and external).Success Measures :
Timeliness and accuracy of employee data / transactions.Employee customer service satisfaction.Reliability, availability, and flexibility.Strong customer service skills.Bilingual English / Spanish.Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.High level of professionalism and discretion.Good problem-solving skills.Organized with ability to multi-task and prioritize.College degree in a business-related field.4+ years of experience working in a Human Resources department.International corporation experience.Solid understanding of the Human Resources field.Experience in employee benefits administration and time management / payroll process.
