Break-Fix Coordinator...

Are you highly organized, tech-savvy, and thrive in a fast-moving environment where no two days are the same? We're looking for a Break-Fix Coordinator to serve as the central point of communication and coordination between our engineering team, customers, and vendors at our office in Cancun, Mexico. In this role, you'll oversee service calls and equipment projects from start to finish—ensuring deadlines are met, communication is clear, and every project closes successfully.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate and manage daily workflow of service calls and projects
• Schedule and maintain calendars for the engineering team
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and track completion
• Communicate with customers throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage project documentation in Salesforce and BAP
• Prepare project and final billing paperwork
• Participate in client calls to identify needs and align deliverables
• Escalate issues as appropriate to ensure timely resolution
• Conduct post-project reviews and evaluations
• Generate and distribute daily reports on active and aging projects
• Provide leadership and support to the break-fix team when needed
• Assist leadership with quality reviews, coaching, and development of engineers
