What You Need

• Collaborate with partners to define user and technical requirements for immersive and non-standard web products.
• Develop storyboards, creative briefs, design documents, and various other tools to capture the user experience and interface.
• Align with the Program / Project Manager / Scrum Master on key deliverables, landmarks, deadlines, and the communication plan.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to implement the product roadmap and achieve successful implementation.
• Facilitate pre-sales consultations as necessary; Conduct voice of the customer activities, including gathering feedback and reporting out to leadership; Participate in product development workshops and ideation sessions
