SWBC is seeking a talented individual to be responsible for Surplus Lines Tax compliance.

Essential duties include the following :
- Prepares monthly surplus lines submissions for assigned states.
- Reconciles tax reports to the general ledger and prepares payment and correcting journal entries for assigned states.
- Prepares quarterly, semiannual, or annual surplus lines tax reports for assigned states.
- Prepares surplus lines tax accounts monthly reconciliation and coordinates with data control to correct any set-up, programming, or downloading errors.
- Prepares stamping fee invoices and submission for payment.
Serious candidates will possess the minimum qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.Zero to one (0-1) years of experience in premium accounting or tax accounting.Ability to analyze and prioritize multiple responsibilities under strict deadlines.Self-motivated problem solver with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong planning, organization, and follow up skills.Additional Information :
