    We are looking for aWorkday Payroll Consultant Iwho is passionate about working in a collaborative environment and has the ambition to be a driver for success.Requirements (What We're Looking For)Bachelor's degree, preferable in Human Resources, Computer Science, Accounting / Finance, Computer Engineering, or related IT / Business discipline; or equivalent experience (required)Fluent in English (required)Experience with manipulating data in Microsoft Excel using functions and / or macros (required)1+ years client interfacing or consulting experience (preferred)Previous software implementation experience (preferred)1+ years experience running, processing, auditing payroll (preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneouslyStrong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oralAbility to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trustGood problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectivesResponsibilities (What You'll Do)Work directly with clients to design, configure, test, and implement Workday Payroll solutions across multiple industries to meet, enhance and optimize the client's business needsDefine, build and implement Payroll processes and structure, in alignment with client's business objectives and needs, enhancing clients' experience and value of the Workday softwareWork directly with clients, solving Workday Payroll issues as they ariseActively participate in internal training updates and opportunities to share one's skills and learnings with others within the organizationAttend Workday Payroll training and become Workday certifiedTravel 30%-50% at client requestPhysical RequirementsProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computerBenefits (What We're Offering)Fast-paced and result oriented work culture with competitive base salaryComprehensive legal benefits package in accordance with Mexican labor law plus : Christmas bonus (30 days) 70% vacation bonus 15 days off per year Home office bonus or transportation bonus $1,600 food stamps Private medical insurance for you and your family Dental and Optical insurance Life insurance Training platform Agreements with Universities Financial services (MINU) Total Pass GymTopBloc is an Equal Opportunity Employer
