Tech Company in the USA, is now seeking for talent in Mexico who own and optimize our CRM-driven marketing automation and some email programs to drive lead nurture and customer engagement. Ensure reliable integrations, clean data, and consistent messaging across campaigns.
Tasks
- Act as the primary CRM administrator : manage users, data integrity, and system integrations.
- Build and maintain custom fields, workflows, and automated sequences to support marketing (and other internal depts. accordingly) goals.
- Create, deploy, and iterate on targeted email campaigns and responsive templates.
- Handle segmentation, A / B testing, deliverability monitoring, and compliance.
- Produce concise dashboards and reports tracking opens, CTR, conversions, and unsubscribes.
- Translate performance data into actionable recommendations for campaign improvement.
Qualifications
4 years of proven experience managing CRM platforms (Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, etc) and running email automation campaigns is a plus.CRM admin certification is highly desirable — familiarity with other CRMs such as Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, or ActiveCampaign is a plus.Experience in stakeholder management, people-oriented and great communication skills.Fluent English (written and spoken), fluent Spanish.Adaptable, self-driven, innovative person.Experience working in hybrid or fully remote multicultural environments is a must.Our Benefits :
