Job Title : Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in purchasing and supplier management, with a focus on optimizing processes and ensuring timely deliveries.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement effective procurement strategies that align with commercial goals.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and conditions.
  • Manage contracts, credit letters, and trade documentation to ensure seamless international transactions.
  • Oversee purchase orders, inventory levels, and supplier performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze costs and develop reports to demonstrate value added by the procurement function.
  • Collaborate with logistics, administration, and finance teams to ensure efficient delivery and payment processes.
  • Provide regular updates on procurement performance, market trends, and supplier competitiveness.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in international purchasing and supplier negotiation.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Solid knowledge of Incoterms, credit letters, and import logistics.
  • Proficiency in cost analysis, inventory management, and NEOK / SharePoint software.
  • Background in textile industry and raw material commercialization preferred.
