We’re looking for an English Content Strategist, you will create, adapt, and optimize English-language content across all our digital channels.
This role goes beyond translation, it’s about crafting original, culturally relevant, and user-centered content that truly resonates with an American audience.
You’ll need a strong background in UX writing for digital platforms and purchase funnels to ensure that every user interaction is clear, engaging, and frictionless.
In addition, you’ll collaborate closely with our Operations Communications Team and CRM Team to craft, adapt, and manage relevant messages displayed on our digital channels — as well as notifications sent via SMS, WhatsApp, and email — ensuring they are accurate, timely, and aligned with our brand voice and operational context.
Develop, write, and edit high-quality English content for websites, apps, social media, email campaigns, product descriptions, blogs, and other digital platforms.
Adapt and localize content to ensure cultural and linguistic relevance for the U.Apply UX writing principles to design intuitive microcopy, CTAs, error messages, onboarding flows, and navigation elements.
Optimize content across digital purchase funnels, ensuring clarity and persuasion at every stage of the customer journey.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, Operations Communications, and CRM teams to align content with user needs, business goals, and brand tone.
Create and adapt operational and CRM-driven messages and notifications for SMS, WhatsApp, and email, ensuring clarity, empathy, and accuracy in real-time communications with customers.
Implement SEO best practices to boost visibility and engagement.
Conduct content testing, analyze performance metrics, and iterate to improve effectiveness.
Holds a degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, UX Design, or a related field.
Native English speaker with 5+ years of experience creating content for digital environments, combining editorial expertise with a strong UX mindset.
Experienced in UX writing for digital platforms and purchase funnels.
Proven ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging content tailored to user journeys.
Deep understanding of American cultural nuances, idiomatic expressions, and digital communication styles.
Solid knowledge of SEO, UX writing, and digital content best practices.
Experienced collaborating cross-functionally with product managers, designers, developers, CRM specialists, and operations teams.
