Job Title: Sales

Position Overview

Drive key customer development, logistics client expansion, and overseas warehouse projects. Maintain existing relationships and explore new opportunities. Execute sales plans to achieve performance metrics and expand market share. Manage receivables, collect market intelligence, and provide feedback. Design and implement project solutions, negotiate contracts, and conduct regular client visits to improve satisfaction. Support project development and strategic recommendations to meet sales targets, enhance customer loyalty, and accelerate business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Development & Performance Achievement: Drive the acquisition of key clients, logistics partners, and overseas warehouse customers. Execute sales strategies to meet performance targets and expand market share.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain proactive communication through regular check-ins, address real-time needs, nurture long-term partnerships, and enhance satisfaction to secure strategic collaborations.
  • Business Planning & Execution: Develop and implement project solutions aligned with market insights and objectives. Manage quotations, contract negotiations, and finalizations.
  • Accounts Receivable Management: Oversee receivables for clients within payment terms, collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues, and ensure timely fund recovery.
  • Market Intelligence & Feedback: Gather market data, customer needs, and competitor strategies. Provide timely updates and actionable insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Project Risk Mitigation: Monitor project execution, identify risks, and resolve operational challenges to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Internal Process Improvement: Share market and client feedback to drive IT/system enhancements and support departmental project development.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience in key account management, sales, or business development within the logistics industry
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the logistics sector.
  • Relationship Management: Strong ability to build and nurture relationships with key clients.
  • Sales Skills: Demonstrated success in driving sales, account growth, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Languages: Fluency in Spanish, English and Chinese are a plus.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence at all levels.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address client needs and challenges.
  • Cultural Understanding: Experience working with international enterprises and understanding their business culture and expectations.
