• Lead technical direction and mentor cross-functional teams, contractors, and vendors.
• Design and develop secure, high-quality production code using Java Spring and microservices architecture.
• Architect low-latency, high-throughput enterprise applications.
• Build cloud-native solutions on AWS and optimize performance at scale.
• Drive product design decisions and influence technical operations.
• Develop enterprise-grade UI / UX with Angular or React.
• Champion firmwide engineering best practices and contributes to a culture of innovation, inclusion, and excellence.
