Financial Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our financial direction in Mexico.

This role involves defining and implementing the company's financial strategy, financial planning, and analysis with strong business acumen. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing accounting operations, ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory standards, and driving process automation and digital transformation within the finance function.

About the Role

• Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
• Analyze and optimize key business KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with local tax and financial regulations.
• Implement robust financial controls and manage risks.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Engineering.

Experience : 8-10 years of experience in financial roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.

Languages : Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
