Contract type : Freelancer / Parttime

Working location : Mexico / Remote

Job Responsibilities :

  • Process and administer payroll for all employees in accordance with company policies and local labour laws.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records including salaries, bonuses, deductions, taxes, and benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws, social security contributions, and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Prepare and submit payroll tax filings and other statutory reports to authorities.
  • Reconcile payroll accounts with the general ledger and resolve discrepancies.
  • Support audits by preparing necessary payroll documentation and reports.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, deductions, and tax with professionalism.
  • Collaborate with HR to update employee data (new hires, terminations, promotions, leave).
  • Generate payroll reports for management and finance teams.
  • Assist in developing and implementing payroll policies and process improvements.
  • Others job tasks will be assigned by BOD.

Job Requirements :

  • Candidates should possess a strong understanding of Mexico's HR field, be well-versed in payroll and labor laws.
  • Prefer candidates with both HR and accounting experiences.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken in English, with exceptional communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Financing and / or HR functions is considered a valuable asset (optional but preferred).
  • Highly self-driven and capable of working remotely with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrates a high level of responsibility and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
