L2 : Senior Support Specialist – 6–9 years – $70,000 MXN

L2 : Advanced Specialist – 9+ years – $80,000 MXN

L3 : Senior Specialist – 6–9 years – $85,000 MXN

L3 : Advanced Specialist – 9–12 years – $90,000 MXN

About the Role

We are seeking highly skilled Java L2 / L3 Support Specialists with strong technical expertise and hands‑on experience in application support, troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and production issue resolution. This role requires deep knowledge of Java / J2EE technologies, multi‑tier server environments, databases, scripting, and ITSM processes.

You will work closely with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to ensure application stability, proactive monitoring, and timely resolution of incidents and problems in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2+ / L3 level support for Java-based applications in a high‑availability production environment.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues across application, middleware, and database layers.
• Perform code‑level debugging (Java, Unix scripts, DB queries) and implement corrective changes.
• Incident, Problem, and Change Management following ITIL / SDLC processes .
• Monitor system performance using scheduler and monitoring tools (Autosys, ProcMon, Crontab, etc.).
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams during production deployments and issue resolution.
• Ensure proactive monitoring, documentation, and continuous improvement of production support processes.
