What you will do
- Lead the commercial strategy for residential units starting at 20M MXN in exclusive areas such as Bosques de las Lomas, Interlomas, and Bosque Real.
- Oversee construction progress, corporate showroom, and titling processes.
- Design and implement sales experiences for High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI).
- Represent the brand at exclusive events (friends & family, networking, launches).
Requirements
Proven experience in selling premium residential developments (minimum 5M MXN).Excellent presentation and negotiation skills with AAA clients.Advanced English (other languages are a plus).Academic background in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields (MBA or postgraduate preferred).Knowledge of digital marketing and management of high budgets.Availability to travel (CDMX, Mérida).We offer
