• Analyze error reports, identify root causes, and implement fixes to prevent future occurrences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, quality assurance, and infrastructure to ensure seamless application delivery.
• Required Skills and Qualifications :
• 4-10 years of experience in L2 / L3 application support and development.
• Strong coding, debugging, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with object-oriented programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
• Knowledge of Unix / Linux and SQL / database concepts.
