We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Tax Professional to oversee all tax matters in Mexico, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations and optimizing tax strategies.

• Tax Compliance & Reporting : Ensure timely and accurate filing of Mexico legal entity tax returns, VAT reports, and other required filings in accordance with Mexican tax regulations.
• Electronic Invoicing (CFDI) : Ensure compliance with Mexico's mandatory electronic invoicing system for all transactions.
• Tax Strategy & Planning : Develop and implement tax-efficient strategies to optimize the company's financial performance while ensuring compliance.
• Audit & Risk Management : Manage tax audits, liaise with tax authorities, and mitigate potential risks.
• Transfer Pricing : Oversee transfer pricing policies and documentation to comply with local and international regulations.
• Advisory & Collaboration : Work closely with internal stakeholders to provide tax guidance on business initiatives.
• Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to enhance tax processes and ensure the adoption of best practices.
