What you will do :
This senior-level role will be responsible for managing and overseeing the warranty claims process for Johnson Controls, ensuring that all claims are processed accurately and efficiently. You will act as a liaison between customers, the warranty administration team, and various internal departments to resolve warranty issues and improve service delivery.
How you will do it :
- Review and process warranty claims using the company’s warranty management systems.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as engineering, finance, and customer service to resolve warranty-related inquiries and issues.
- Analyze warranty data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for reducing warranty costs.
- Provide training and support to junior warranty staff on best practices and effective claim processing.
- Communicate with customers regarding the status of their warranty claims and ensure timely resolutions.
- Prepare reports and documentation for management review related to warranty performance metrics.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry standards and warranty best practices.
What we look for : Required :
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.5-7 years of experience in warranty administration or a related field, preferably in a manufacturing or technology environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with warranty management software.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.Preferred :
