Location : Tlalpan, Mexico City.

Responsibilities

• Drive the continuous improvement strategy across the entire operation, departments, products, processes, and procedures in collaboration with the leadership team to achieve the site\'s productivity goals.
• Participate in the implementation of continuous improvement projects, maintenance of management systems, and development of initiatives that impact the site\'s efficiency, safety, and productivity.
• A non-monotonous position, where the person can create projects independently without relying on anyone else.
• The objective for the role is stablish the digital transformation of the site to stablish the manufacturing operation system & efficient processes.
• Building and developing teams with a culture of continuous improvement
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages active staff participation in improvement initiatives.
• Implementation of continuous improvement strategies
• Design, plan, and execute strategies aligned with site objectives to optimize processes, reduce waste, and increase operational efficiency.
• Development of new ways to improve service, safety, and efficiency
• Evaluate emerging technologies, redesign processes, and promote automation where feasible, ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with strategic objectives.
