Role title : SAP MM Sr Consultant within the senior tech recruiting and agile talent space.

Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP MM Sr Consultant to work on challenging and dynamic projects, providing end-to-end procurement solutions based on SAP S / 4HANA Procurement and SAP MM (Materials Management).

The consultant will engage in client-facing, project-based work and play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing procurement processes for our customers.

The ideal candidate is passionate about SAP MM, procurement transformation, and digitalization, with a strong ability to deliver innovative solutions and build strong client relationships.

This role offers the opportunity to work with top-tier automotive and discrete manufacturing companies and actively shape their procurement strategies.

Responsibilities

Work on end-to-end SAP MM implementations, focusing on procurement processes within S / 4HANA environments.

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to analyze business requirements, design best-practice solutions, and implement SAP MM functionalities.

Lead and participate in SAP MM process optimization, including procurement planning, purchase requisitioning, purchase orders, goods receipt, and invoice verification.

Support the configuration, customization, and enhancement of SAP MM modules to meet business needs.

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring best practices in procurement, supplier collaboration, and digital transformation.

Work closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth integration with other SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO, SD, EWM, and Ariba).

Provide training, documentation, and support to key users and end-users.

Drive continuous improvement and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives within MHP.

Take on leadership responsibilities as a (sub) project team leader, ensuring project milestones and client expectations are met.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

4+ years of experience working with SAP MM in consulting or the automotive industry.

Expertise in SAP S / 4HANA Procurement and SAP MM configuration & process optimization.

3+ full-cycle SAP implementations.

Experience with integration to other SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO, SD, EWM, Ariba).

SAP S / 4HANA training and / or certification preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to work.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
