Inventory Management Specialist

The Materials Manager position is responsible for overseeing the planning, procurement, and inventory management processes to ensure uninterrupted production and timely delivery to customers.Key Responsibilities : Lead the development of material planning strategies to optimize inventory levels and minimize supply risks.Ensure production schedules are met by securing material availability on time and in full.Develop sourcing strategies to reduce costs and improve supplier relationships.Implement inventory management policies balancing efficiency, cost, and customer service.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory turnover, obsolescence, OTIF, and forecast accuracy.Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders for effective supply chain planning.Drive continuous improvement projects in logistics, warehousing, and procurement to increase productivity and reduce costs.Ensure compliance with corporate policies and applicable legal requirements.Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, or related field (Master's degree preferred).7+ years of experience in materials, logistics, or supply chain management within the manufacturing industry.Proven experience leading cross-functional teams.Strong knowledge of ERP / MRP systems.Expertise in inventory management, procurement processes, and international trade.Advanced English skills required for corporate and international customer interaction.Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Benefits : This role offers a challenging and dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.Responsibilities may include travel to meet with suppliers, attend industry events, and participate in training sessions.We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and a supportive team environment.
