Job Title : SSC Site Continuous Improvement Manager
The Continuous Improvement Manager, will work close in contact with SSC leadership and other key stakeholders, is responsible for Continuous Improvement activities for the Shared Service Center and for the training and coaching of team leaders and managers on Lean Management methods and tools. They will lead or participate in all quality and productivity improvement activities and will be responsible for tracking the related key metrics.
This person will act as a key player in the continued cultural transformation taking place at Coface.
~ Lean Projects : Lead Kaizens and other lager transversal improvement projects.
~ Quality Assurance : With the other 4 SSC Site CI Managers, Define and implement a new and improved QA process.
~ IT Savy, knows how to apply technology to drive business results
Deep understanding of international financial reporting standards (IFRS) and local regulatory
Project Management experience
Advanced Excel, Power BI and analytic skills
Good knowledge of financial analysis and business case creation
