To provide quality support to CS Americas plants and be the liaison with our customer Yazaki (not excluded to support other customers) to carry out a direct relationship with the Customer and grant him a better and faster service.

Aptiv Customer Support Engineer representative to Lear
Analyze quality issues at customer location before these hits Aptiv Scorecard
Response quality complaints reported on the customer portal (SQTS)
Follow up quality alerts previously submitted by our manufacturing plants
Your Required Background
Your Required Background (i.e. Must Haves) :
Bachelor's degree in Industrial engineering
Bilingual, Spanish & English (Fluid), Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong ability to work with a team
Your Preferred Background
Your Preferred Background (i.e. Nice to Haves) :
Experience in the automotive industry, preferably in Quality areas
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Project, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
Strong results orientation and execution skills
Resourceful, innovative, and adaptable in a rapidly changing environment
Ability to work effectively with individuals at all organizational levels
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, manage conflicting tasks, make sound decisions, and solve problems independently
Strong presence, confidence, and persuasiveness to quickly establish credibility
