Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education / employment opportunities.

The work model for the role is : on site

This role is contributing to the Electrification Division in México.

You will be mainly accountable for :

• Conduct process mapping of key Human Resources functions (recruitment, training, payroll, personnel administration, etc.).
• Document procedures and prepare manuals and flowcharts.
• Identify improvement opportunities and propose process standardization initiatives.
• Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives (automation, digitalization, performance indicators).
• Assist in the design and monitoring of HR KPIs.
• Provide support to the HR team on special organizational transformation projects.
