HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGER (MANUFACTURING) - BILINGUAL in Toluca

We're looking for a Bilingual Human Capital Manager with experience in manufacturing to join our team in Toluca!

Required Experience :

° 5 years of experience in an HR or Human Capital Management role within a manufacturing environment

Key Responsibilities :

° Lead and oversee the Human Capital strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance.

° Coordinate recruitment, selection, training, and payroll processes.

° Manage key performance indicators such as employee turnover, absenteeism, and organizational climate.

° Represent the company before labor authorities and during inspections.

° Develop succession plans and strategies for retaining key talent.

Requirements :

° Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, Psychology, Accounting, or a related field.

° Proficient in English (80% reading, writing, and speaking proficiency is desirable).

° Experience managing a headcount of at least 500 employees.

° Solid knowledge of labor legislation (LFT, SS, Infonavit, Fonacot) and personnel administration.

° Proficient in Office 365, SAP Business One, and Bitrix24.

° Strong leadership, strategic thinking, planning, and effective communication skills.
