Position Summary :
We are looking for a Workday Specialist with deep knowledge of Benefits and Compensation modules to support and enhance our global HR system. This role will be key in optimizing organizational structures, job frameworks, compensation cycles, and data integrity within the Workday platform.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support configuration and maintenance of Benefits and Compensation modules in Workday.
- Ensure accurate setup of organizational structures, positions, job profiles, and compensation plans.
- Global experience working with multicountry HR teams or regulatory environments.
- Experience supporting or integrating systems during mergers and acquisitions (M&A) is a plus.
- Experience delivering training and creating user documentation for HR systems.
- Collaborate with HR teams to manage merit cycles, salary reviews, and compensation adjustments.
- Conduct data audits and resolve data integrity issues.
- Provide training and support to HR users across regions.
- Participate in testing and deployment of new Workday features and enhancements.
- Generate reports and dashboards for compensation and workforce metrics.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.3+ years of handson Workday experience with Benefits and Compensation modules.Knowledge of job architecture, compensation guidelines, and regulatory compliance.Experience with Workday reporting and business process configuration.Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.Excellent communication and crossfunctional collaboration skills.Fluent English.
