Responsibilities

• Prepare sales reports.
• Welcome and assist clients.
• Plan group tours for turnover delivery.
• Block meeting rooms for internal events in Delphi.
• Initiate proposals and serve as the first point of contact to advise potential clients on hotel rooms, meeting spaces, and rate availability.
• Assist Sales Managers with system updates (Delphi), as well as room and meeting space blocks.
• Data entry using Delphi, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
• Answer phone calls and assist internal and external guests with their requests.
• Attend weekly and monthly departmental sales meetings and other scheduled meetings to support business operations, such as group meetings as required.
• Keep the workspace clean and organized.
• Assist with special projects and assignments as directed by the Sales Management team.
• Provide coverage for the department's executive on-call duties.
