Overview

The Opportunity: Account Management / Segment leader works on developing solid relationships with Hitachi Energy Mexico customers and accounts. Executing medium to long-term planning to ensure Hitachi's base business in the assigned segment

How you’ll make an impact

• Understands the key business drivers of the relevant customers' businesses and business environments and interprets the impact and opportunity for Hitachi.
• Participates in the development of sales strategies for the account by understanding the customer's current business and long-term plans.
• Leads the development and implementation of the account plan and SoW growth actions.
• Defines and proposes strategies to allocate the assigned budget in the assigned segments.
• Sells products/solutions/services to customers, focusing on volume, mix, and profitability targets representing all of Hitachi.
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

• Bachelor’s degree in related areas
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Bilingual skills (English & Spanish)
• 5 years of experience in related functions.
