Technical Program Manager

The CCL Technical Manager leads the technical development and the industrialization of the vehicle.

Responsibilities include :

• Lead the Technical Design Team through the Sourcing Process
• Create management and communication processes to ensure Sourcing and Tool Kick Off achieve milestones.
• Manage all Technical content and Optimization of complexity
• Responsible to deliver commonality commitments at the program level
• Lead the Technical Integration of features with the cross functional teams; including PFDI, vehicle Sciences (NVH and Durability)- confirming functional objectives are met within the contracted allowance
• Facilitate technical escalation of part design with other projects, modules, vehicle platforms and advanced engineering
• Lead the technical decision process including facilitation of meeting forums and cadence (decision meeting and CN / IAA meeting)
• Manage technical design verification and validation including DV / PV planning, execution, tacking, and executive reporting.
• Co-lead Weight and Cost Optimization with the Planning and Cost Managers.
• Coordinate project activities with the Manufacturing Assembly Team and production plant.
• Responsible for vehicle build issue management and resolution
